Access Practice Management – Reset or change your password

You can change your password if you know your current password, or reset it if you are unable to sign in

Change your password when you know your current password

1. Log into Access Practice Management

  • Sign in using your current password

2. Open your user settings

  • Click your User profile icon in the top‑right corner

  • Select Settings

3. Open the password change page

  • In the left‑hand panel under My personal information, click Change my password

4. Update your password

  • Enter your current password and your new password

  • Click Save to apply the change

Your password will be updated immediately.


Reset your password if you cannot sign in

1. Open the login screen

  • Go to the Access Practice Management login page

2. Click the Forgot your password? link

  • Select Forgot your password?

3. Follow the reset prompts

  • Enter your email address

  • Complete the steps shown to reset your password

4. Check your email

  • Look for the password reset email

  • If you do not receive it, check Spam, Junk, or Microsoft Quarantine

Once completed, you will be able to sign in using your new password.
