Allow Access HandiSoft Support to access your org
1. Open your profile settings
Click your View profile icon in the top‑right corner
Select Settings
2. Open the login access section
In the Quick Find search box, type Grant Account Login Access
Click Grant Account Login Access
3. Set the access duration
On the Access Software Australia Pty Ltd Support row, select 1 Week from the drop‑down list
4. Click Save
HandiSoft Support will now be able to access your org for one week.
Allow Salesforce Support to access your org (if requested)
1. Log into Salesforce
2. Open your settings
Click your user avatar in the top‑right corner
Select Settings
3. Open the login access section
In the Quick Find search field, enter Grant
Click Grant Account Login Access
4. Set the support access duration
Set the access duration for Salesforce.com Support
Note: For technical escalations, access must be granted for at least one month
5. Click Save
Salesforce Support will now be able to access your org for the selected duration.
