To do this, follow the steps below to give permissions for the Integration Server to send data into Access Practice Management:
Note: You will need to login as the System Administrator.
Click the Settings cog then choose Setup.
Type Auth into the Quick-Find field then click on Auth. Providers.
Click on the hyperlinked name Integration Service then choose Edit
Remove any information in the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret fields.
Log into the Integration Server: https://integration.handisoft.com.au/
Click on Product Setup on the left side menu then click on cog next to Access Practice Management.
Click the Revoke button at the bottom right.
Click Add to generate new credentials.
Click Edit then copy the Client ID.
Go back to Accountant Cloud and paste the Client ID into the Consumer Key field.
In the Integration Server copy the Secret Key, then go back to Accountant Cloud and paste the Secret Key into the Consumer Secret field.
Once the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret fields have been filled out, click Save at the bottom of the page.
In Access Practice Management, type named credentials in the search bar. Click on Named Credentials under Security.
Under the Label column click on Integration Service.
Click Edit then press Save to prompt another box to appear asking you to login. Once you have logged in there will be another prompt asking you to allow access, click Allow.
You should have now successfully sychronised Access Practice Management with the Integration server. Please try to update some information in another cloud product such as Access Tax to confirm if the synchronisation is working correctly.
