If you are not using HandiSoft Online,
Please ensure you have checked the following in relation to Access Practice Management synchronisation issues before revoking and re-authorising Access Practice Management:
Check that HandiSoft/Practice Manager Contact 20XX is Authorised via the Integration Configuration menu.
Log in to the Integration Server and check the products are Authorised.
If Access Practice Management changes are working, and the issue is coming from HandiSoft desktop to the Integration Server please refer to this knowledge base article to check and re-authorise HandiSoft.

Clear the logs
To re-authorise Access Practice Management, please ensure you have completed the mandatory troubleshooting steps listed in the articles above before going through with the steps below:
Log in as the System Administrator into Access Practice Management
Go to settings cog and then Setup
Type "Auth. Providers" in the Quick-Find search box then click on the Auth. Providers identity
Next to the Integration Service, click Edit
Remove the data within the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret fields then click Save
Log into the Integration Server as the Administrator
Click on Product Setup
Click the Settings cog next to Access Practice Management
Under Product Connection, Copy the Client ID then paste into the Consumer Key field in Access Practice Management
If the Secret Key is showing alphanumeric characters copy this into the Consumer Secret field in Access Practice Management. If the Secret Key is shown as asterisks, press Revoke
Refresh the page and then press Add under Product Connection
A pop-up box will appear Create API Connection. Press the Eye icon to reveal the Secret ID
Copy the newest Client ID and Secret ID from the Create API Connection pop-up box in the Integration Server and paste it into Access Practice Management as the newest set of keys
In Access Practice Management, Go to the settings cog and then Setup
Type Named Credentials in the Quick-Find search box
Click Edit then Save to refresh it. Click Allow
If you get an authenticator error, go back to Setup, in the Quick-Find box type Auth. Providers, press Edit then Save.
