Our Access Support team may have asked you for the Company information in cases relating to Access Practice Management.
To locate your Company details and User license information;
In Access Practice Management - go to the Settings cog icon (top right) then go to Setup.
Type Company information in the quick-find search field on the left and press on Company Information.
Maximise the screen and send a full screenshot of that page showing the first two sections Organisation Details and User Licenses section.
Please also type in the quick-find box Installed Packages then press Manage Licenses next to "Access Accountant Cloud" and send a full uncropped screenshot of that page also.
